I take Benzagel and Linessa. I would like to know if I could also take melatonin?

Hello,
There is no problem taking them together. If you want to decrease the time to fall asleep, you can go with the immediate release form. I suggest you start at a low dose to test the effectiveness and residual drowsiness effect. You can go with 3 mg tablets, then take half a tablet 30-60 min before bedtime.
If your problem is more that you wake up during the night, go with 2 mg of the extended-release formulation that you take 1-2h before bedtime.
