Will Sinus Rinse help with sore throats and ears?

Hello, for a few days I have had headaches, earaches and now throat pains. My doctor did not see anything wrong with my ears.

Sinus Rinse is very effective in dislodging secretions or mucus in the sinuses. It is safe to use and you can actually continue to use it to reduce congestion! You can use it several times a day, depending on your level of relief.
Tylenol can help reduce headache and ear pain. If you have no contraindications, you can take 2 500mg tablets every 6 hours as needed (maximum 8 tablets per day). An oral decongestant can also be used if you do not see relief with the sinus rinse within 24 hours. For example, you can take 1-2 tablets of Tylenol Cold and Sinus every 6 hours (maximum 8 tablets per day) ** do not use Tylenol alone if you opt for Tylenol Cold and Sinus **
For sore throat, you can try drinking warm water with honey to relieve the pain. Try to eat foods that are gentle on the throat (soups, pasta, tofu, ice cream) and avoid irritating or spicy foods. If you opt for tylenol or Tylenol Cold and Sinus, it would also impact your sore throat.
If your symptoms worsen or you develop a fever or cough, I would recommend getting tested for COVID-19.
Happy day 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I have a very bad headache so I will try cold and sinus. It seems like it's even going into my teeth... Also, I seem to be having nausea. Could this be caused by my symptoms? Not much of an appetite so I will take your advice. Thanks

You may be starting a flu or possibly a good cold. If you see that the nausea does not pass with rest within 48 hours, do not hesitate to reconsult us.
Loss of appetite and lack of food can make nausea worse. So I recommend trying to eat light foods that will allow your stomach to work a little and give you energy again. For example, bread or toast with peanut butter, yogurt with berries, soup with pasta or even just white pasta or rice! This will give you a little carbohydrate, fat and protein which can help with nausea.
Take care of yourself! We're here if you have any other concerns 🙂
