I never have regular cycles, (vary between 31 and 52 days for 6 months). I stopped the pill to get pregnant.

Do you have any ideas to help us, is it normal that my cycles are so irregular?

Hello,
In fact, the theoretical 28-day cycle, without oral contraception, is far from being the most common. Also, women with irregular cycles are very common.
There is not much you can do to "regularize" the cycle except to make sure you avoid factors that "deregulate" it, such as lack of vitamins (therefore balanced diet), high level of sports activity and... stress.
To help with conception, taking temperature curves (having tried it) requires (in addition to an adapted thermometer) a certain discipline (which breaks the spontaneity of the moment) and it is not always easy to interpret. There are also ovulation tests but I don't think you are there yet.
The best advice is to have regular intercourse (about every 3 days) to optimize your chances. Finally, and I know this is easy to say, try not to "focus" too much on conception.
I hope I have helped you.
