In the vast majority of cases diarrhea goes away on its own. If you don't have any other symptoms, such as fever, nausea or vomiting, I suggest for now that you just monitor the situation.
For now, favor light foods such as soup, broths, soda crackers, bread, rice, and make sure you stay well hydrated. Avoid heavy, sugary foods such as red meat and sweetened fruit juices.
You should still notice an improvement in your symptoms fairly quickly.
If the situation persists or you experience other symptoms, it would be more prudent to seek medical attention.
