Hello, I have a really BIG problem with scalp flaking. Is there a medicated shampoo available in the pharmacy?

Note that I tried Nizoral and tar which did not work 😞 The hairdresser told me that it was red at the back only for the flaking, but it is everywhere a little itchy yes but not extremely I will go and check it out. Thank you very much

Hello, Thank you for the information regarding the treatments used. Do you have itching associated with your desquamation? Is it red? With the details you provide, I feel like you need a cortisone lotion to apply to the scalp. It would help remove the inflammation, redness and flaking. It takes a doctor's prescription though.
