Is Topicort cream safe to use during pregnancy?

I use Topicort 0.25% cream to treat eczema on my hands. This is a recurring situation, so whenever I need it, I apply this cream while treating the itching and wounds. I just found out I am pregnant, is it safe for me to continue using this cream?
