According to Health Canada (https://www.canada.ca/fr/sante-publique/services/publications/vaccins-immunisation/guide-canadien-immunisation-declaration-vaccination-antigrippale-2019-2020.html) between 18 and 64 years old, one should use a VII3-SD or a VII4-SD indifferently. The influvac is in the first category, the Fluzone in the second. So both are adequate. (On the other hand, the Fluzone HD should be used for people over 65).
