Can I use Betaderm 0.1% cream while pregnant (for eczema on my hands)?

The use of cortisone cream is allowed during pregnancy. That said, one always tries to use the lowest concentration for the shortest time possible. Therefore, it is recommended to keep the skin very well moisturized between applications of cortisone, as this makes it much more effective.
