Tylenol Cold and Sinus contains pseudoephedrine, which can in some cases decrease milk production. For this reason, and the fact that other solutions are available and safer, I do not recommend using this medication if you are breastfeeding.
The best solution for nasal congestion, runny nose, and coughing among others, is to clean the sinuses with a saline solution. Several products such as Hydrasense and Sinus Rinse can be used for this purpose as often as needed during the day.
