I do not recommend syrup while breastfeeding, no.

Instead, I recommend using a product like Sinus Rinse™ twice a day for at least 5 days. Also, to soothe the throat and calm coughing fits, I recommend taking a spoonful of warm honey every so often during the day.

And above all, drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest.
