Hello Miss, I am sorry to read about your troubles!
If you are still experiencing nausea, I suggest Gravol. It is available behind the counter at the pharmacy without a prescription, and is available as oral tablets, solution, or even suppositories if needed. Please send someone to the pharmacy (please do not go yourself ), or call the pharmacy for a delivery.
If you are able to drink, I suggest you take just a few sips every 3 to 5 minutes, don't drink to much at once as this can trigger nausea. Go for easy to digest fluids such as water, soups, or rehydrating solutions.
Apply the same concept once you start eating again: light food items like soups, light stews, toast with a bit of butter, eggs, crackers, etc. Try to avoid heavy or very sweet foods like red meat of undiluted fruit juices.
This type of episode can last between 24 and 72 hours. After this you should see a gradual improvement every day.
If this persists or you are unable to drink/eat, please see a doctor.
Hoping I've been helpful, don't hesitate to contact me if you have other questions
