Good evening!
1- Have you missed a pill in the last few days?
2- you indicated that you take your COC continuously, but when was the last time you stopped?
3- What is your COC?
I look forward to your answers!

This is Marvelon. My current pillbox was following a 7 day break. I actually forgot 1 pill in the first and maybe another in the 2nd, which I took again the next day.
this is not a large period, but much more than spotting, alternating more brown blood and very light red blood.
I have 5 pills left in my current pillbox. Should I stop immediately, finish it, and take a break for X days?

Hello,
Considering that you stopped less than 3 weeks ago (before this pack), I would not advise you to stop even if you have bleeding. The birth control pill must be taken continuously for 21 consecutive days to ensure good contraception. You should therefore continue your pack until the end and considering your forgetfulness, I would start a new one without stopping. The missed pills are probably the cause of your bleeding. This should clear up in the next few days.
If you have had unprotected sex in the last few days, you may qualify for emergency oral contraception to prevent pregnancy. Several criteria apply, you should stop by and see your pharmacist.
Hopefully this is helpful to you,
Happy day!
