Can heat really have an impact on the effectiveness of the Epipen?

On the Epipen, it is indicated not to subject the product to temperatures exceeding 30 degrees. However, when I go south with my daughter, I always carry at least one Epipen with me.

Hello Ms.,
There is indeed a risk of decreased effectiveness of the Epipen when exposed to higher temperatures. This is the reason why some companies offer isothermal pouches for Epipen.
Generally speaking, however, the situation should not be much different from what we find as heat in Quebec in summer. How do you keep the Epipen at "room temperature" at this time?
