Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and have nasal congestion, sore throat and cough. No hyperthermia.

Hello, thank you for your question!
Creo-Rectal' suppositories may contain camphor which should be avoided during pregnancy.
For a sore throat, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other companies) is preferable, as well as Ricola or Fisherman's Friend lozenges, both of which are safe during pregnancy.
For nasal congestion and coughing, your best bet is nasal hygiene with saline water, such as Hydrasense, or Sinus Rinse, among others. They can be uncomfortable to use, but they are extremely effective, and can be used as often as needed during the day.
I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
