Can I take sudafed to relieve congestion even if I am taking antidepressants? If not, what should I take?

You can take Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) with your Paxil. Side effects of Sudafed to watch out for: stimulation, tremors, dizziness.

I also suggest you continue nasal hygiene with saline water twice a day.
