When I am under stress (short term) and panic, I have bleeding. Is this normal? And should I be concerned? The last time it happened, I was on my period in 2 days and this time it happened, I will be in my week in 2 and a half weeks.

Hello,
Do you have chronic anxiety? Have you been diagnosed with anxiety?

The doctor at the CHUS who diagnosed my mother with generalized anxiety suspects that I have it too, but I have not been officially diagnosed. I have been on medication for anxiety/depression
My father also has anxiety

Thanks for the additional information
If your parents both have a diagnosis of anxiety, it is very likely that you do as well.
Anxiety when not properly treated can lead to irregular bleeding like you are experiencing right now. So it's very likely that this is indeed a consequence of your stress.

So I don't have to worry about it if it's from stress?
I didn't like my experience with medication. (A 100% drop in libido) Are there any other solutions?

This is not a concern if it is caused by stress.
As for low libido, many antidepressants can have this side effect. However, some antidepressants are not as bad as others. In addition, often an antidepressant called bupropion can be prescribed in conjunction with the one that causes low libido. Bupropion is an anti-dote of sorts
Alternatively, therapy can also be attempted to give you the tools to manage your stress naturally.
