Hello,
i would like to ask you a few questions in order to answer properly
Is it a problem that has been going on for a long time?
Is the pain worse depending on certain postures or movements?
Is it swollen?
Do you also feel numbness or pins and needles in your left leg?

It's been going on for about 3 months, it can happen to me whether I'm sitting, standing or lying down and the pain doesn't change, it's not swollen and I don't have any particular numbness in my left leg but I do get numb very easily and quite often in both legs

The only option I would see in the short term would be to use muscle relaxants with anti-inflammatories for about 10 days (at our pharmacy we have group prescriptions that allow us to prescribe what you need)
I believe that this solution would only be for the short term because in my opinion, you will need to consult a doctor so that he/she can adequately evaluate the condition of your back
Pain that lasts more than 7 days should normally be seen by a doctor.
