Hello, thank you for your question!
For the moment, the best treatment is non-pharmacological: I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution, such as Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse or others
By cleaning the sinuses from the "front", we can prevent runny throat and greatly reduce coughing and nasal congestion. This can be done as often as desired during the day, there is no maximum. It's a little uncomfortable but very effective!
I suggest you drink a lot of liquids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!

I have been doing this technique for 3 days now and I don't see any improvement. It even prevents me from sleeping..

I'm sorry to read about your troubles.
Nasal hygiene is one of the only safe and effective solutions during pregnancy
If this is insufficient, even if it is done several times a day, you will need to see a doctor for a thorough evaluation of your condition
In the meantime, acetaminophen may also help reduce the pain you are reporting.
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time
