I have ear discharge?

Hello ! I have Auricular Shingles. I finished my dantiviral prescription yesterday, I only have one more dose of cortisone for tomorrow. I take Naproxen and Tylenols for the pain but since yesterday I have very bad and constant pain. My ear is not very colorful, pinkish color. Is it infected? How can I get relief other than with a magic bag? Thank you for your help!
