What can I do to relieve my upset stomach and restore digestive health?

I have had stomach cramps for the past 5 days and was nauseous on Monday. I don't know what caused the nausea, but my stomach hurt too. My boyfriend also had a stomach ache. I have barely had a bowel movement since Monday, it is now Friday. I have also had frequent cramps since Monday.

For now, the best thing to do would be to choose light and 'easy' to digest foods, such as soups, broths, soda cookies, rice. Avoid heavy and sugary foods like red meat and fruit juices with added sugar, and drink plenty of fluids.
There may be many reasons for your symptoms, but after 4-5 days you should start to notice an improvement in your symptoms. If not, after 7 days, I recommend that you see a doctor.
