My 19 month old baby has a fever, can Advil or Tylenol cause excitement?

My 19 month old baby has a fever of 40 so I gave the recommended dose of advil+ tylenol and he is really overexcited, he is never like this.
What is the solution if it could be a reaction to one of the above mentioned educational drugs?

Hello Ma'am,
I did not find stimulation or excitement among the possible side effects of Advil or Tylenol. This being written, it is not impossible. Just watch your general condition :)
Also, the Advil+Tylenol combination is not recommended for fever relief unless under medical supervision. One of the two, at the effective dose, should be sufficient for fever.
