Hello Ma'am,
Actually, there are many things you can take :).
The first one is the solution to deal with the nasal congestion at the base: the Sinus Rinse™. This product will allow you to greatly reduce the pressure in the sinuses by clearing mucus. This may help reduce headaches and a stuffy nose. A pregnant woman can use this product at the same dosage as a non-pregnant woman.
Add to this some Tylenol™ for headache (at the dosage also listed on the package) and you should be able to relieve your symptoms.
If your symptoms persist for more than 14 days, I recommend that you see a doctor, who can then judge the need for an antibiotic, such as recommended in the Quebec guidelines.
Truly pleased,
Alexander
