Sensation of poor circulation and restless leg only on the left side

Hello, I don't know exactly how to explain the symptoms, it's quite vague. I have a sensation of restless leg or bad blood circulation or heaviness in the left leg. Sometimes I get a tingling sensation, but no heat (I get this tingling in other places, like on my arms and hands) and it doesn't bother me every day. Could it be pinched nerves in my upper back that are affecting my whole body? Maybe I should go see a chiro! Thank you * i have a 9 month old baby and I am breastfeeding
