Hello,
Since you have no particular health problems (is that what you mean by 'no atcd'?) and a negative covid test, our only concern would be if the symptoms last for several weeks, especially if you are a smoker, or if you have a high fever. You would then need to see a doctor or an IPS.
Otherwise, lozenges would be the best choice in my opinion to reduce symptoms in the short term (I like lozenges made of honey because of their softening effect, if you like that flavor). You can also gargle with salt water with lemon and honey. Keep yourself well hydrated and make sure the humidity in your home is around 50%.
