I have secretions in my throat and an unpleasant sensation. Can you help me?

I don't have a fever, I don't have a cough and I don't have a runny nose either. What should I do?

Hello,
Before starting I need to validate some information
How long have you had your sore throat symptoms?
Have you tried anything so far to relieve it?

Hello, that's what I don't understand, I don't have a sore throat. I only have secretions that block my throat a little...

Right now I'm drinking a lot of water and taking Tylenols but it's really unpleasant.

Are the secretions yellow or green in color?

No, they are not colored

At this point, other than drinking lots of water and gargling, I don't think there is much you can do. Tylenol or any other painkiller will have little impact on this
Alternatively, you can take an expectorant syrup like Helixia to help clear up the mucus. That would be the only plausible alternative I would see

Is it normal for me to have a little difficulty breathing?
34-year-old woman · 3 years ago
Given the secretions?

When you say that you have difficulty breathing, is it during exercise? At rest? Is it difficulty in drawing air (breathing in) or shortness of breath?

short of breath when I spit out the secretions it gets better for a while

Probably you have bronchial congestion. I think Helixia syrup would be a good choice for you after all. It helps liquefy secretions and therefore, eliminate them

Perfect, thank you, I'll try it, if it doesn't work, I'll have to go for a consultation?

If it doesn't get better within 48 hours with the syrup (the dosage is 5 ml 3 times a day), yes I suggest you go to see a doctor.
