Hello Sir, You must wait at least 48 hours after the last dose of Cialis™ before you can administer your nitro pump. This is because there is a risk of severe cumulative hypotension that can be life threatening when combining these medications. Head to the emergency room if you have chest pain and less than 48 hours has passed since your last dose of Cialis™.
