Bleeding with an IUD, is it normal after 1.5 years?

Installed an IUD in July 2020 and no bleeding since. Heavy bleeding since yesterday.

Bleeding can occur even with an IUD, but this does not necessarily indicate a problem and usually disappears on its own. Your IUD remains effective
