I bleed when I urinate and I get spikes in my back sometimes. What can I do, knowing that I had a big urinary infection last month?

Hello,
Before answering your question, I need to validate some elements
How many days have you had your symptoms?
Do you have a fever?
Is it urgent to urinate when you feel like it? Do you urinate often? Does it hurt when you urinate?
What antibiotic did you take to treat your UTI last month?

With all of your answers, I think the best option for you is to see your doctor
In pharmacies, we have been able to prescribe antibiotics to treat UTIs for a few years now (although certain conditions apply). In your situation, it is best to see a doctor because it is not clear if it is a new infection or the first infection that has not completely gone away or if it is something else altogether. You need to get medical attention fairly quickly. It's not an emergency, but you should see the doctor in the next few days if you have the chance
I hope I was able to direct you appropriately. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate
