Can I take riva-fluconazole if I am breastfeeding? Should I do another canesten cream treatment?

I gave birth 7 weeks and 3 days ago. I think I have a vaginal infection. I did a canesten treatment for 6 days. The symptoms came right back after the treatment was over. I haven't had my postpartum appointment yet. I tend to have vaginitis and the symptoms are the same as usual.

Hello,
Exclusively breastfed baby? Born at how many weeks gestation? Health specifics?

Hello,
Sometimes I give her a bottle in the evening when she has very long cluster feedings. It doesn't happen every night.
She was born at 38 weeks. I was not induced. She has stayed taken and has an APGAR score of 6-7-8. She is small. Born at 5.4 lbs. Now she is doing well. She takes Prevacid for reflux, has colic.
On my end, I also take Domperidone, as I have trouble with my milk production. She was only taking 20grams a day, but now she is taking 30-40 grams.
Thank you!

Okay, so you want to do a single dose fluconazole treatment of 150mg? If so, there's no problem.
