I have a cold and I am pregnant. I would like to know if I can take Tylenols for colds and sinuses or something else to relieve the symptoms.

Hello,
Tylenol Cold and Sinus is not recommended for pregnant women, as there are risks associated with phenylephrine (ingredient to relieve nasal congestion) for the fetus
If you would like, please list your exact symptoms (dry or wet cough, nasal congestion, fever, secretions, fatigue, etc.) and tell me how long you have had these symptoms, and I can recommend one or more products that will be appropriate and safe for you. I look forward to hearing from you. :)

Hello,
i have a small dry cough (not much cough), I have lost my voice a bit, my nose is very congested. I don't have a fever though. I am more tired but I guess it's normal
Thank you so much for your advice

I also have a little earache that has just appeared, can it be due to the congestion in my nose?

Hello,
Depending on your symptoms, you could take a BENYLIN SYRUP FOR DRY COUGS or BRONCHAL COUGS; avoid syrups that mention nasal congestion (e.g. All-in-One)
For nasal congestion, try saline solutions such as SALINEX, SINUS RINSE or HYDRASENSE first. If you would like something "stronger," decongestant sprays such as Dristan, Otrivin or Drixoral can also be used, but should be stopped regardless of whether they work after 3 days (as they otherwise cause rebound congestion)
For earache, you could simply take TYLENOL EXTRA STRONG. This pain is possibly related to your nasal congestion, as the ears, nose and throat are all connected
Other steps to take include:
  • Drink plenty of water to keep the throat well hydrated (especially with the fact that you are losing your voice a bit)
  • Gargle with water and salt
  • You can also use a Neo-Laryngobis suppository if needed for voice loss
I hope this helps... If there is anything, please do not hesitate to write me again.
Sincerely,
