Fever and diarrhea following a trip to Africa; what to do?

I came back from Kenya 12 days ago. For 3 days, I have had a fever (between 39.1 and 39.7), I am tired and I have diarrhea. What should I do? My general health is very good.

Diarrhea with fever after returning from a trip definitely requires medical attention. You will probably need antibiotics depending on the doctor's assessment.
