Hello!
It's pretty common for everyone to have diarrhea once in a while! Diarrhea is often accompanied by a stomachache and sweating. After a bout of diarrhea, the important thing is to stay hydrated to replenish lost fluids.
Do you think you've been consuming lactose?
How have you been doing since your diarrhea?

No I had not consumed lactose. But it ended up passing in the afternoon. I don't really understand why I got it though.
Thank you

The onset of diarrhea can have many causes (virus, intolerance, bacteria, chronic illness). If it is a once-a-month diarrhea, for example, I am not worried. Diarrhea becomes worrisome when it is frequent, accompanied by fever, when there is blood, when it leads to dehydration, etc. The important thing in your case is to stay well hydrated to replenish lost fluids.

No it doesn't happen to me often, however in the morning when I get up I often have stomach aches, kind of cramps. In the past I had been told that it was stress that caused this. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Effectively, it could be stress that's at fault here, but if you want to be sure, you can always see your doctor for an examination.
