In order to have a good chance that the test will work, it is better to do the test in the morning, with the first urine of the day. This allows the hormone to concentrate in the urine somewhat. In early pregnancy, the amount of hormone in the urine increases rapidly (about doubling every two days). I therefore recommend that you continue to do pregnancy tests, but this time every other day with the first morning urine.
