What can I do about it? The nurse did some tests for positional vertigo and it was negative

Hello, this Tuesday I received a washing of both ears because I was complaining of dizziness and nausea for about 2 weeks. But since then, I don't see any improvement. I still have ringing in both ears and a feeling that my head is heavy, which makes me dizzy/nauseous. I find it difficult because I gave birth 7 weeks ago

Hello,
Did you have access to a doctor or just the nurse?
Do you have a headache? Is your blood pressure usually normal?

I saw an IPSS because no doctor was available to meet me that day at my FMG.
I don't have a headache but I do have a feeling that my head is heavy, tense at the back of my neck and that's what makes me dizzy when I'm lying down mostly.
I took my pressure this morning and it was fine.

I'm really worried because I thought that with the ear cleaning everything would go back to normal and I feel worse since then. I have a newborn who is 7 weeks old and I barely have to take care of him

This probably warrants a medical consultation. You can call 811 for further advice and they may be able to arrange an appointment for you.
