Vaginal and anal itching after eating sugar?

Hello, I have noticed that when I eat sugar I have extreme vaginal and anal discharge, is this normal or is it dangerous? i am not diabetic, there is no bad odor or burning just a vaginal dryness with dullness, I have this problem for years I have done several scrubs the gyneco find nothing do you think it is dangerous?
