I had sex while I was ovulating 4 days ago, and today I have pain in my ovaries, pinching. Is this a sign of pregnancy or is it too early?

It is far too early indeed to feel anything that might represent a pregnancy. It will be at least one to two more weeks before we can know if you are pregnant (using a pregnancy test).

While I can't confirm the cause of the pinching, I can confirm that the symptoms you describe are not pregnancy related.
