Is it normal for my period to take so long to come after I stop taking the pill? Do I need to consult a doctor?

Hello, I stopped Micronor on December 8. After 4 weeks, I still have not had a period. I am 38 years old, not pregnant and too young for perimenopause 😉

Hello,

Yes, after stopping a contraceptive pill, it can sometimes take several weeks or even several months before your period starts again. This is normal and does not affect your fertility. You should consult your doctor if you still do not have a period after 6 months.
