Can I give my son the Tylenol again if he throws it up 3 minutes later?

Hello. My almost 4 year old boy has a fever since yesterday. He has a cough. He was tested negative for COVID. However, this morning 3 min after giving him the tylenol he threw up some kind of mucus that must have bothered him when he coughed. But I'm pretty sure the tylenol came out too. Should I give him more? He is 39 but is fine, play, read. Thanks for your help [Name removed to maintain confidentiality]

Hello, ma'am,
If your child vomited 3 minutes after swallowing the Tylenol, I don't see a problem with giving him some more, especially if it's an isolated event.
I hope I've been of some help to you, and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
