How can eczema be better treated?

For about 7 years I have had exzema on my hands/fingers every winter, but since this year it's really worse. I have tried various creams, my doctor has sent a request to see a dermathologist. My My hands/fingers are cracking and bleeding. What do you recommend? I already wear gloves with cream every night.

Hello Madam, sorry to read about your troubles!
In order to better understand the situation, would it be possible to know what creams and treatments you have tried for this problem, for how long and how often you use them?
Also, what other medications are you taking, if any?
Thank you for your time!

Thanks for the feedback!
In addition to these corticosteroids, do you use a moisturizer afterwards and often during the day?

I also tried for a while the Cerave

Thanks for the feedback! These are indeed two good products. However, if you have tried them for at least 1 week, several times a day (i.e. at least 3 to 4 times a day), I would be tempted to suggest a more oily product, like Cetaphil, or even Vaseline, even if it means alternating these ointments with the Glaxal Base during the day. I encourage you to apply these moisturizers every time you wash your hands or apply a hydroalcoholic gel (like Purell). Also, it would be appropriate to protect your hands with gloves when handling potentially irritating products such as dish soap or laundry detergent, among others.
Sincerely
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
