Hello, I am a 28 year old woman in good health, although my digestion is not incredible, but who would like to take control of her health in the long term. I would like to know what your recommendations are for taking supplements and vitamins for a woman my age. I believe that taking calcium and vitamin D is recommended.

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
Strictly speaking, there are really no supplements or products that are recommended, simply because there is no concrete evidence available as to their effectiveness.
Your best course of action revolves around healthy lifestyle habits: eating lots of fruits and vegetables, Mediterranean diet, moderate intensity exercise for at least 150 minutes per week,
healthy stress management, and adequate rest (minimum 6 hours of sleep per night).
The only supplement that would be recommended for people in a northern country like ours is vitamin D, unless you are getting enough in your diet. Depending on your diet, a daily intake of 400 to 800 international units per day is suggested.
Hopefully you have found this helpful, please do not hesitate if you have any further questions!
