I would say that all prenatal vitamin companies (Materna, Jamieson, etc.) can be considered natural because they have a NPN, a natural product identification number.

If you want a vegan alternative, the brand you mention seems adequate if I compare the doses of each vitamin it contains. However, it would be important to make sure that this product has a NPN, otherwise it means that it is not approved in Canada and therefore we cannot be sure of its safety in pregnant women.
