Normally, ectopic pregnancies are less easily detected with a pharmacy pregnancy test
however, the blood test should detect it. If it is negative, chances are it is negative
Also, do you have any symptoms other than bleeding? Nausea? Breast pain? Fatigue?

I understand. From what you describe to me, it is really very annoying
The best thing would be to consult a gynecologist I think. There are a lot of symptoms that confuse the issue and make it difficult to interpret (especially since the blood pregnancy test is negative)
You would need an examination by a doctor, that's for sure
