Are there other possibilities like other kinds of juice (apple, grape, etc.)?
Thank you for your help!

Hello, I am starting a new treatment, ferrous sulfate, 300mg for my anemia. The pharmacist told me to take the tablets with lemon water or orange juice. However, I don't like orange juice and lemon gives me a stomach ache.

Good evening,
Did he tell you why he suggested these juices?

He recommended them to me because of the vitamin C that improves absorption

Exactly. You can take your iron tablets with any liquid you prefer, but avoid milk, which may decrease absorption. If you want to ingest vitamin C at the same time, you could eat a fruit or vegetable containing it or a vitamin C tablet.
Hoping this is helpful, I wish you a nice evening.
