Can I take myo-inositol during pregnancy?

Hello, I just found out I am pregnant... I always have a predisposition to diabetes during my pregnancies and I read that taking myo-inostol as a supplement could reduce the risks? Do you know if this is safe in pregnancy? Thank you 🙏🏻

Hello ma'am,

I have found references indicating that this product is safe during pregnancy. You could take it if you wish but be aware that it is not recommended for this indication.
