My question being .... is it possible to rely on the 1st answer being given the early test and the morning urine?

Hello, I am 6 days before my period, pregnancy test 1st response made with 1st morning urine. The test was positive. I then went to buy the combat pack clear blu and one from the dollarama, but neither of them were positive. Maybe because I didn't use the 1st morning urine with the others, the fact that I'm ahead of my period so maybe the others didn't detect it?

Hello,
Your hypothesis is correct. Pregnancy tests are generally designed to be used when menstruation is overdue. They work by measuring the levels of hCG (the pregnancy hormone), which increase exponentially in the weeks following conception
Normally, pregnancy tests can only detect hCG about 2 weeks after conception, which is about the time your period is due.
Since you tested 6 days before your expected period, it is likely that your hCG levels are still too low to detect. However, since one of the tests was positive, I strongly recommend that you see your doctor to confirm this result. False positives for pregnancy tests are extremely rare and usually result from a cause that requires medical evaluation anyway. Very early ovulation this cycle (leading to conception) could explain why you were able to get a positive test so early. It is likely that you are pregnant
Hopefully this answers your question. Don't hesitate if you have any others.
