What are the side effects of taking APO MOMETASONE, 50MCG, VAP. NASAL daily for more than one year in a child under 3 years of age?

Good morning, ma'am,Chronic use of topical corticosteroids is linked to the presence of several possible side effects. And while the literature mentions that use in 6 to 17 year olds for a period of 4 months seems safe, nothing seems to point in the same direction for a child as young as 3 years old (https://onlinelibrary-wiley-com.acces.bibl.ulaval.ca/doi/full/10.1111/pai.12032 and https://www-ncbi-nlm-nih-gov.acces.bibl.ulaval.ca/pubmed/27890006).First, when the product is instilled into the nasal passages, thinning of the skin walls may occur.
