Hello,
First of all, you should check if you have a fever with a thermometer. If you have a fever of more than 38 degrees Celsius, you should see a doctor quickly.
You should also see a doctor quickly if your stomach is very painful and sensitive to touch (e.g., just by touching it), or if your stools are red or black when you have a bowel movement.
If you don't have any of these symptoms, you can start with a glycerin suppository, which may allow you to have a bowel movement in as little as 15 minutes. If after 30 minutes nothing happens, you can use a Fleet enema. You will need to hold the fluid in your rectum for at least 15 minutes to be effective
If none of these measures work, you should see a doctor.
