Can I get the 2 month vaccines at my local pharmacy so that my cousin who is a pediatrician can vaccinate my newborn?

This is not impossible. Some pharmacies are used to getting certain vaccines because nurses work there.

Note, however, that these are not usually early childhood vaccines, since they are offered free of charge. I invite you to contact your pharmacy directly to find out "their reality" in terms of vaccine availability.
