Skin problem on the wings of the nose. Dead skin, scaling. Metrocream, cortisone, Ketoconazole, nothing has helped for years. Thank you for your help!

Since several medications have been tried over the past several years to address this situation (without success), it would be best to contact your pharmacist so that he or she can analyze with you the length of time the creams have already been tried, the partial improvement achieved with certain creams, and plan a game plan with you for the next attempts to be employed.

There are indeed several options in a situation such as this. So we'll be looking to see what has caused partial symptom improvement in the past to inform our future treatment decision.
