Hello, thank you for your questions!
There are several things that encompass your situation. First, the use of your inhalers: Do you use them regularly? Do you use them with an aerochamber, which can greatly improve their effectiveness?
I think that would be a good start to check in with you, including the use of the aerochamber, and perhaps even revise the method of using your inhalers.
Your pharmacist can prescribe the aerochamber if you haven't already, and also review the method of inhalation to make sure it is optimal.
Also, you mention that your symptoms occur mostly in hot weather and when you go outside: it would be pertinent to evaluate whether using an anti-histamine for a few weeks, such as Aerius (desloratadine), Claritin (loratadine), or Reactin (cetirizine) among others, might improve your situation.
I hope I've informed you, and provided some good leads for trying to address your symptoms. I strongly suggest that you visit your pharmacist who, in addition to what has been presented above, can customize a consultation with you.
I remain available if you have any further questions!
